COIL-LINK FEATURES:

  • For use during milling or fracturing applications

  • Compatible with mono-conductor wireline or TEC inside coiled-tubing (e-coil):

    • Standard termination components are available for 9/32" and 5/16" wireline and
4 mm TEC. Other sizes are available upon request

    • 73 mm (2.87") tool diameter can pass a 22 mm (0.87") ball drop

    • Nitrified flow compatible, unlike mudpulse communication

    • Event detection of 10 readings per second from all sensors

    • Real-time, logged, configurable output (WITS, WITSML, 4-20 mA)

COIL-LINK BENEFITS:

  • Field proven with over 300+ runs, operators using Coil-Link for milling have realized the time and cost benefits of reliable real-time technology in preventing detrimental downhole events

  • Communicates with the surface using a mono-conductor e-line, so operators know exactly what is happening at the mill:

    • Identify motor stalls before they are visible at surface

    • Avoid wiper trips

    • Reduce stuck pipe events by controlling debris size and monitoring bottomhole pressure

GO-PIN ADAPTER FEATURES:

  • When running Coil-Link, seamlessly switch over to running imaging or logging tools by removing the Coil-Link Sensor Sub and installing the GO-Pin Adapter

  • Proven to perform in high-temperature and harsh environments

  • Reduces install time and requires one less tool company on location

GO-PIN ADAPTER BENEFITS:

  • Time / cost savings: no re-heading required between running Coil-Link Sensor Sub and standard GO-Pin connected tools (cameras, imaging/ logging tools, perforating guns)

  • Risk reduction: reverse pressure test sub allows check valve operation to be confirmed and provides a means to circulate fluid on surface during cold weather operations
